There is no temporary suspension option. If you wish to cancel, just let us know before your monthly billing cycle is finished. Please keep in mind that if you do cancel your account, any keywords that you were using become available to others.

You can update your credit card information through the Administration module in Involve. Go to Administration, select Accounts and you should see the option for updating your credit card details. Please note that we use the industry standard, Authorize.net, to securely host credit card details.

You are billed in 1 month cycles with the same payment date each month. If you signed up on April 15, your first monthly cycle with go from April 15 to May 14. Your next billing cycle begins on May 15. If you sign up on the 28th-31st of the month, you will be billed on the 1st of the following month after your initial month.

Login to InvolveMobile account and under the Administration tab on the left hand navigation there is an option called Accounts. You should see a Cancel Account option or you can use the New Order option to select this. Please note that you will be unable to access any data after you cancel your Account and all keywords become available to the general pool so ensure you take any appropriate steps prior to cancellation.

You can view all current monthly costs and past invoices by logging into your InvolveMobile account and going to Accounts under the Administration tab. You will see a summary of your most recent invoices on the Accounts main page and you can also list your entire history by selecting Invoices from the top navigation bar. Clicking on the detail icon will provide you with the invoice in printable format.
